With quality that lasts, we communicate with integrity.

1. How long does installation take by area?
For 20~30 pyeong : 2 days / 100 pyeong : 3~4 days / 200~300 pyeong : within 7 days
2. How long does the system last?
Our product has passed testing under extreme degradation conditions from -30°C to +140°C, and the system lasts over 20 years without maintenance, repair, or upkeep.
3. How much higher will it be than the existing floor?
It rises by about 2cm. (18mm insulation + 0.6mm alloy-coated steel sheet)
4. Do you remove the existing waterproofing before installation?
① If there is no serious lifting → we install without removing the existing waterproofing.
② If the floor is loose and lifted → floor lifting is caused by freezing damage. As the floor waterproofing repeatedly freezes and thaws through the four seasons, the waterproofing layer separates. We remove only the lifted areas, perform slope work, and then install the waterproofing panels.
5. How is the slope work done?
Cement and stone powder are spread in dry powder form at a 1 : 3 ratio, without mixing with water, to level the slope.
The cement and stone powder absorb the residual moisture remaining in the concrete, so no moisture stays under the waterproofing panels.
6. How is moisture discharged?
Our product discharges moisture through built-in air vents. External air vents can also be installed.
In the past we installed external air vents, but since an air vent is installed by piercing the waterproofing panel, leaks occurred through the gaps and caused many defects.
To address this, we apply built-in air vents.
→ If you need further explanation of the built-in air vent, contact us via the website or by phone and we will send you the related materials.
7. How is the drain (rainwater pipe) area installed?
A lowered steel sheet is bent down into the rainwater pipe and fixed to the concrete, then the waterproofing panels are installed.
With this method, moisture passes under the steel sheet → and escapes into the rainwater pipe, which acts as an outlet.
→ If you need further explanation, contact us via the website or by phone and we will send you the related photo materials.
8. What is the scope of work?
We can install on slab rooftops, rooftop structures, sloped roofs, railings (parapet walls), structures, outdoor terraces, planters, and canopies.
We do not work on building exterior walls or whole buildings; those areas must be finished with exterior wall panels.
9. What are the warranty and A/S periods?
Up to 3 years; for details, we issue a defect warranty bond or a defect warranty certificate.
10. Can structures be installed after installation?
Yes. If needed, lay a thick rubber sheet before installing, and you can freely use the rooftop.
① Terrace use : lay artificial turf and use it.
② Solar panel installation : cut the waterproofing panel and erect solar posts with galvanized square tubing. When installing the posts, fix them to the concrete with anchor bolts and finish with silicone.
③ Prefab storage installation : U-bars are usually fixed to the floor with plastic anchors, but when installing on waterproofing panels, the U-bars must be attached with silicone. If you pierce the waterproofing panel by fixing with plastic anchors, leaks may occur at that spot.
