What is an Excellent Procurement Product?

A system that designates products of outstanding technology and quality as Excellent Products through rigorous evaluation, to raise the quality of procured goods.

Under national contract legislation, Excellent Products are procured by end-user institutions through third-party unit-price contracts (central procurement request) or lump-sum contracts (direct negotiated contract).
