Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Owellsteel Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) through its website (owellsteel.com, the “Site”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Site” means the website operated by the Company to provide product, technology, and construction information and inquiry services.
• “User” means a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
• “Content” means all information posted on the Site, including text, images, videos, and materials.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, and will announce any amendment on the Site in advance.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The Company provides product and technology information, construction records and materials, and inquiry reception and consultation services such as estimates and franchise inquiries.
2. The Company may change the content of its services as required for operational or technical reasons, and will announce such changes on the Site.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance, communication failures, or natural disasters.
2. The Company is not liable for any damage incurred by users as a result, unless caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts.

• Reproducing or distributing Site information without authorization, or using it for commercial purposes
• Infringing the intellectual property rights, reputation, or other rights of the Company or third parties
• Entering false information or misappropriating another person’s information
• Interfering with the operation of the Site or causing harm to the system
• Acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals

Article 7 (Management of Inquiry Content)

1. Content submitted by a user through the inquiry form is used only for consultation purposes, and personal information is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
2. The Company may restrict its response where it determines that the inquiry content violates Article 6 or is otherwise inappropriate.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in all Content posted on the Site (including trademarks, logos, and the product name ROOFGUARD) belong to the Company.
2. Users may not, without the Company’s prior written consent, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use such Content, or allow a third party to use it.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability where it cannot provide services due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company makes efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information posted on the Site, but is not liable for the results of any decisions or actions taken by a user in reliance on such information. Specific matters concerning products and construction are subject to separate consultation and a contract with the Company.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user in connection with the use of services, the competent court shall be the court determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
